Join us for a special Friday night Yin session with Shay, featuring guided,

somatic breathwork and a blissful Yin practice.

 

Breathe + Bliss is a space of pause, peace, and restful stillness.

Shay will lead gentle breathwork to help you wind down and relax before guiding you through a yummy,

restorative Yin practice. You'll ease into these long-held Yin poses, connecting

with the mind and the wisdom of the body.

 

Yin is a wonderful, slow practice designed for building flexibility and finding release in the body.

No prior experience is necessary to enjoy this offering!

 

It's the perfect end to a busy week and a reset to transition into the weekend.
