On the final Saturday of each month, we'll be hosting Yoga 4 Cancer led by Nannette Labastida. Yoga 4 Cancer (Y4C) is designed specifically for cancer patients and survivors, offering a supportive and healing environment.

A vinyasa based class, props are used to create adaptive yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to support the body’s healing process and manage side effects of cancer treatment.

Whether you are currently undergoing treatment, or years beyond your diagnosis, this class provides a safe space to build strength, flexibility, and resilience. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of participants, with modifications and personalized attention to ensure comfort and safety.

Seasoned yogis and complete beginners will find a welcoming space here.

In addition to this new monthly class, we now offer a discount program for cancer patients and survivors. As part of our Cancer Support Program, cancer patients and survivors are eligible for a FREE New Client Deal and 20% off any of our monthly membership options.

This means if you're interested in attending our first Y4C class and

you haven't been to the studio before, you can attend for free!

If you're eligible for Membership discounts and interested in signing up,
