4-Week Course

Join Trish for this special 4-week deep dive into the foundations of all things yoga, the Oak + Lotus way. 

 

The workshop-style, small-group structure will allow Trish to offer you significantly more one-on-one attention than a typical yoga class. You'll also be able to ask questions, share insights, and celebrate breakthroughs with Trish and the rest of your cohort! 

This series isn't just for beginners! (Though it is perfect for those just getting started with yoga!)

It's also great for folks who are returning to the mat after a hiatus, those who want to learn more about the non-pose (asana) aspects of the practice, or anyone looking to strengthen their practice - especially if you started your yoga journey somewhere other than Oak + Lotus!

In each session you'll learn about breathwork, meditation, yogic philosophy,

and foundational poses of our flow practice.

Each week will build on the last, but sessions can be purchased a la carte if there's a specific

week that draws you in or you need more flexibility in your schedule.

***Our Foundations and Deep Dive Workshop Series are all prerequisites for our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program. They're also a great low-stakes way for you to dip your toe into deeper waters and explore whether Teacher Training would be a good fit for you!***

Meditation (Dhyana): Mindfulness Meditation: Prone

Philosophy: Intro to the Yoga Sutras

Week 2

Poses (Asana): Warrior 2 Pose Family

Breathwork (Pranayama): Nasal Breathing

Meditation (Dhyana): Mindfulness Meditation - Seated

Philosophy: The 8 Limbs of Yoga

Week 3

Poses (Asana): Chair Pose + Warrior 1 Pose Family

Breathwork (Pranayama): Breath Retention

Meditation (Dhyana): Mindfulness Meditation - Standing

Philosophy: The Yamas (aka What Not To Do)

Week 4

Poses (Asana): Composite Flow (Putting It All Together!)

Breathwork (Pranayama): Diaphragmatic Breathing

Meditation (Dhyana): Mindfulness Meditation - 5 Senses

Philosophy: The Niyamas (aka What To Do)
