Overwhelmed Mama Club: How to Worry Less & Enjoy More

Motherhood is a lot—the constant decisions, the mental load, the never-ending worries about if you’re doing it “right.” If your brain feels like 47 tabs are open at all times, you’re not alone. In this workshop, we’ll talk about why motherhood can feel so overwhelming, how to quiet the mental noise, and ways to shift from just surviving to actually enjoying the moments that matter.

The Perfect Mom Doesn’t Exist (So Let’s Stop Trying)

Spoiler alert: The “perfect” mom is a myth, and chasing it only leads to stress, guilt, and burnout. Let’s get real about the pressure to “do it all” and why good enough is actually great. This workshop is all about dropping the unrealistic expectations, ditching the comparison game, and embracing the imperfect, beautiful, real version of motherhood.

Self-Care Strategies for Moms Who Have Zero Time (or Energy)

If “self-care” feels like one more thing on your never-ending to-do list, this workshop is for you. We’re redefining what self-care actually looks like for moms who barely have time to shower—because you don’t need a weekend retreat, just small, doable shifts that help you feel more like you. Come learn how to fill your cup (or at least drink your coffee while it’s still warm).
