Yin + Restore is basically the closest you'll come to having a slumber party in our magical space. It's a restorative practice for the body, mind + soul.
By practicing active rest and stillness in these gentle, yummy poses, we deactivate our stress response and are able to heal the harmful effects that come with it.
It's the ultimate nervous system reset!
Yin Yoga is a therapeutic, deep stretching practice that is an amazing compliment to flow yoga, and is great for recovery in between high-intensity workouts (like running, cycling, martial arts, etc.). It's also great for people whose bodies are stiff from sitting at a desk all day!
Restorative Yoga is the ultimate burnout solution, providing active rest (rest while you're awake), which is crucial for deactivating the stress response in our nervous system and healing from the challenges of daily life.
Unlike our flow offerings, in Yin + Restore you'll either be seated or lying down the entire time. You'll hold each pose for 5-7 minutes, using pillows and props to set yourself up comfortably. This allows the body, mind, + soul to release + recover from from the stresses of the week.
